Plasma skin tightening treatment is fairly new to the aesthetic industry but is becoming ever more popular in the search for an effective anti-aging treatment and the hope of younger looking tighter skin.

Plasma sparks deliver energy into the epidermis, causing superficial epidermal carbonization which results in a thermal contraction of collagen fibers. The skin forms tiny scabs which eventually shed to reveal new tighter skin. A secondary tightening is caused by the increase of collagen and elastin over the ensuing 4-6 weeks which results in clearer looking, tighter, and smoother skin.

Plasma can be used on multiple areas on the face and body but is particularly excellent for non-surgical blepharoplasty (upper and lower eyelids) .

There are no scalpels used and the downtime following treatment is minimal
(5-7) days. The treatment can be used on most skins and younger skins too.

​

To achieve maximum results it is recommend that a course of
2-3 treatments are carried out 6 weeks apart. If a 3rd or 4th  treatment is desired, this will be charged at half-price.

Results are permanent, however although the treatment turns back time,
‘the clock is still ticking’ and the aging process continues.
